Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) issued notice to transfer Benazir murder case from Rawalpindi to Gujranwala. It also includes hearing of Mumbai attack case. Ex-CCPO Saud Aziz and SP Khurram Shahzad have submitted writ petitions before the court seeking acquittal from the case. The said cases have been transferred from Rawalpindi to Gujranwala on the High Court order.
